At the core of Aidan’s Heart Foundation’s mission is empowering young people to take action in their communities. Through our Heart Heroes leadership programs, students are trained not only in CPR and AED use but also in educating their peers and advocating for greater awareness of SCA prevention.

We support student-led initiatives, such as high school clubs dedicated to heart health education and youth-driven community events. By giving young people the knowledge, leadership skills, and confidence to make a difference, we create a new generation of advocates who are committed to saving lives.

From high school students leading CPR trainings to young athletes pushing for AED placements on their fields, youth empowerment is at the heart of everything we do.
