Aidan’s Heart Foundation believes that everyone—students, teachers, coaches, and parents—should be equipped with the knowledge and confidence to respond in a cardiac emergency. Through our Hands-Only CPR and AED training programs, we teach participants how to recognize the signs of Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA), perform effective CPR, and use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) to save a life.

Our peer-to-peer training model empowers high school students to teach younger peers, reinforcing leadership skills while spreading life-saving knowledge. Over 11,000 youth have already been trained, ensuring that more people are prepared to take immediate action when it matters most.
