L’Oréal Paris has awarded Christy Silva the prestigious honor of being a 2018 Women of Worth FINALIST, an award which recognizes 10 women across the country that are making an extraordinary difference in the world. L’Oréal Paris supports these inspiring women through grants and by raising awareness for their causes. As you may know, Christy founded Aidan’s Heart Foundation in 2010 after the death of her 7-year old son Aidan who died from Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA), and she has been working hard to save young lives by providing heart screenings, Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs), and community education in CPR and AED skills in Aidan’s honor.With each vote from today to November 30th, Aidan’s Heart Foundation could win $25,000 to help support our mission.
